Terms of Service

① These Terms of Service of Pretty Body and Line Clinic (https://prettybodyandline.com) (the "Terms") are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members and the Clinic in connection with the use of internet-related services provided by the Clinic (the "Service").

② A person who wishes to become a member shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon completing the membership registration procedure prescribed by the Clinic. Matters not provided for in these Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea and generally accepted commercial practices.

"Member" means a person who accesses the Service, registers as an online member in accordance with these Terms, and uses the services provided by the Clinic.

① A person who wishes to become a member shall apply for membership by entering the required information in the registration form prescribed by the Clinic.

② The Clinic shall register an applicant as a member unless the applicant falls under any of the following circumstances:

1. The applicant has previously lost membership status pursuant to Article 6 (3) of these Terms. The Clinic may refuse an application for re-registration from a person who has previously lost membership status.

2. The information provided in the registration application contains false statements, omissions, or errors.

3. The Clinic determines that registering the applicant as a member would cause significant technical difficulties in the operation of the Service.

③ The membership agreement shall become effective when the Clinic’s acceptance is communicated to the applicant.

④ If any information provided under paragraph 1 changes, the member shall promptly update the relevant information.

① The Clinic provides members with the following services.

1. News email service

2. Online consultation request and booking service

3. Community service (writing posts and comments)

4. Members-only content (viewing treatment review photographs, etc.)

5. Provision of event and treatment information

6. Other services provided by the Clinic in partnership with third parties

② The Clinic may modify the services specified in paragraph 1 after notifying members of the details of the modification and the effective date thereof in accordance with the method prescribed in Article 7 (2).

① The Clinic may temporarily suspend the Service in the event of maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of information and communications facilities, interruption of communications, or similar causes, and may discontinue the Service entirely where it replaces it with a new service or for other reasons the Clinic considers appropriate.

② In the case of suspension under paragraph 1, the Clinic notifies members by the method set out in Article 7 (2). This does not apply where prior notice is impossible due to causes beyond the Clinic’s control (disk failure or system downtime without intent or negligence on the part of the system administrator, and the like).

① A member may request withdrawal from membership at any time, and the Clinic shall promptly process the request upon receipt. Upon withdrawal, the Clinic shall delete the member’s account information, including username, email address, name, phone number, nickname, and password. However, posts and comments created by the member may remain in anonymized form in order to preserve the context of conversations involving other users. In such cases, information identifying the author shall be deleted, while the posts and comments themselves shall remain. Any images attached to such posts shall be deleted.

② The Clinic may restrict, suspend, or revoke a member’s membership if the member falls under any of the following circumstances:

1. The member provided false information when applying for membership.

2. The member disrupts the use of the Service by others, misappropriates another person’s information, or otherwise interferes with the proper order of electronic transactions.

3. The member uses the Service to engage in conduct prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms, or conduct contrary to public order or generally accepted standards of conduct.

③ If the Clinic decides to revoke a member’s membership, the Clinic shall cancel the member’s registration. In such case, the Clinic shall notify the member in advance and provide the member with an opportunity to submit an explanation.

① The Clinic may provide notice to an individual member by text message, email, or other similar means using the contact information registered by the member, such as a phone number or email address.

② Where the Clinic provides notice to an unspecified number of members, it may substitute individual notice by posting the relevant notice on the Clinic’s notice board for at least seven days.

The Clinic shall endeavor to protect members’ personal information, including membership registration information, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The protection of members’ personal information shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations and the Privacy Policy established by the Clinic.

① The Clinic shall not engage in any conduct prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms, or any conduct contrary to public order or generally accepted standards of conduct, and shall endeavor to provide the Service continuously and reliably in accordance with these Terms.

② The Clinic shall maintain appropriate security systems to protect members’ personal information and ensure the safe use of the Service.

③ The Clinic shall not send promotional or advertising communications for commercial purposes by email, text message, or other means to members who have not consented to receive such communications. Members who have given consent may withdraw their consent at any time, in which case the Clinic shall promptly discontinue such communications.

① Except where the Clinic is responsible under applicable laws and regulations or the Privacy Policy, each member shall be responsible for managing their own ID and password.

② Members shall not allow any third party to use their ID or password.

③ If a member becomes aware that their ID or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, the member shall immediately notify the Clinic and follow any instructions provided by the Clinic.

① Members shall not engage in any of the following activities:

1. Providing false information when applying for membership or updating membership information.

2. Altering information posted on the Service.

3. Infringing the personal rights or intellectual property rights of the Clinic or any third party, or interfering with their business operations.

4. Misappropriating another member’s ID.

5. Posting or transmitting obscene or violent messages, images, or audio, or otherwise disclosing or posting information contrary to public order and morals.

6. Transmitting or posting information whose transmission or posting is prohibited by the relevant laws.

7. Impersonating an employee of the Clinic or an administrator of the Service, or posting under another person’s name.

8. Posting or transmitting software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to disrupt or destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

9. Harassing other members, including by stalking.

10. Collecting, storing, or disclosing another member’s personal information without consent.

11. Using the Service for commercial purposes, such as by posting advertisements or promotions aimed at an unspecified number of people.

12. Otherwise violating these Terms or the rules on use of the Service.

② If a member engages in any of the activities specified in paragraph 1, the Clinic may restrict, suspend, or revoke the member’s membership in accordance with Article 6 (2) and (3).

③ A member shall be liable for any damages suffered by the Clinic or other members as a result of circumstances attributable to the member.

If a member’s public post falls under any of the following circumstances, the Clinic may delete the post without prior notice and may restrict, suspend, or revoke the member’s membership:

1. Content that defames, slanders, or otherwise damages the reputation of another member or a third party.

2. Content that distributes information, text, images, or other materials contrary to public order or generally accepted standards of conduct.

3. Content that the Clinic reasonably determines to be related to criminal activity.

4. Content that infringes the copyright or other rights of another member or a third party.

5. Content that is primarily advertising or commercial in nature.

6. Content that the Clinic otherwise determines to be in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

① Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Clinic belong to the Clinic.

② Members shall not, without the Clinic’s prior consent, use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or otherwise using such information, nor permit any third party to do so.

③ Copyright in posts and comments created by a member shall belong to the member. If a member withdraws from membership, the Clinic may retain the posts and comments in anonymized form in order to preserve the context of conversations involving other users. In such cases, information identifying the author shall be deleted, while the posts and comments themselves shall remain. Any images attached to such posts shall be deleted.

The Clinic may decline to provide all or part of its consultation services if a consultation request falls under any of the following circumstances.

1. The same or substantially similar consultation request is repeatedly submitted.

2. The consultation request contains inappropriate or unreasonable expressions, abusive language, or profanity.

3. The consultation request seeks a medical diagnosis.

4. The consultation request concerns treatment costs, examination fees, medication prices, the effects of medications, or similar matters.

5. The consultation request is made for the purpose of obtaining information intended to harm another person.

① The Clinic may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

② If the Clinic amends these Terms, it shall post the amended Terms on the homepage together with the current Terms, specifying the effective date and the reason for the amendment, from at least seven days prior to the effective date until the day immediately preceding the effective date.

③ The amended Terms shall also apply to members who registered before the amendment, provided that the amended provisions do not violate applicable laws and regulations.

④ A member who does not agree to the amended Terms may withdraw from membership in accordance with Article 6 (1).

Any legal action arising from a dispute between the Clinic and a member in connection with the use of the Service shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms shall take effect on September 1, 2026.
